The balcony & view was pleasant & it allowed a cool breeze to flow through. The room was a bit cramped but acceptable. 
My shin got very hurt on the low wooden bed end not less than 3 times. The bed was too low & a bit uncomfortably firm. It hurt so much walking into the bed end I had bruises & broken skin. We stayed at many hotels this bed in this hotel room was the only one that was not comfortable. 
The location was convenient to cafes & a park. It wasn't too noisy at night.
I think it may've been a bit short-staffed as at times there was no-one to be found at or near reception.

Bad bed.

Awesome location in the boulevard, but now there is no private parking what is complicated because Elk is very busy and full of tourist and theirs cars in the peak season.

Apartment was nice and clean, smells good.  What might be the minus is no refridgerator in the room and also glass rood to bedroom what will made weird bright reflection to the room and disturbed my morning sleep. Bed, not thye best possible.

Balcony was nice extra but it need urgent attention, wooden made and some broken. Over all awesome view to the boulevard and lake side. 

Breakfast in the Jazz bar is very nice and tasty, just alike i have told before,  made to my reguirements:)

Faust  is a very good value for the money!

We were there for 1 night, arriving late and departing early taking advantage of the central location of Faust. The hotel itself is very pretty and superbly located but be aware that actually sleeping there is a completely different story....

No AC in the room meant that we had to use a rather noisy fan throughout the night. One can't open any windows as the noise from a very lively nightlife spot just outside the building does not stop until very early in the morning. I guess it depends on what end of the noise you are...we were on the receiving end.... No parking information on the website usually means no problem with parking. In this case not only there is no parking whatsoever, but also the hotel staff did not seem to even bother figuring out where to direct guests. 

I'd only go back there if I planned to be plastered on the night...
Oh they have really good wifi...

A really nice place but lacks parking and any sort of air-conditioning

My husband and I stayed in this little hotel during our Christmas visit last year. Very good quality considering it was quite cheap for 6 nights. Breakfast was included with a price. Because it was Christmas we didn't have breakfast for 2 days but this was deducted off our final pay. The ladies were very helpful and kept asking if we needed anything and if we wanted our room cleaned. The only suggestion is to have milk on the coffee and tea trays in their rooms. If you offer coffee and tea in your rooms please have UHT milk or at least powder cream or milk. 

Very good stay

Stayed here one night during our trip. The place was easy to find with car and some help from navigator. The place is next to big old church and culture center so it is easy to spot.

The staff receptionist spoke good english and was very friendly. We got one night with a pet dog for 50€ with breakfast. The breakfast was good enough for us. Some bread and eggs with bagon slice. Could be more bacon for bigger eater.

We enjoeyd our short stay in Fausts.
