If you want a peaceful vacation, stay away from this resort. They allow loud music and karaoke until 11PM! We are not able to sleep well. Imagine we’re trying to rest with kids but 2 groups are playing different loud party beat music.

Rooms are kinda pricey. No TV, no ref, no hot shower. 

The staff are nice and the food at their restaurant is good and reasonably priced. Their pool is also clean when we went on a weekend. I like that it has shallow area for small kids.

Not for Peaceful Vacation

I went down here during rainy season, facility is under construction but they're willing to accommodate you but I refuse to stay for few reason. 
The rooms is not worth it. It's like going to a slump place, bathroom is small as well as the rooms. Hopefully they could improve more and upgrade the old fashioned room to a modern contemporary type because the view of the beach is fantastic. I would like to add, the roads are terrible going to this place. There are few resorts nearby, which are nicer but still on the same stretch of the road, and got to be very careful if you're driving a car. Mud, huge potholes, and very tight passing through.

Not worth it.

Room and restroom was dirty. Bathroom windows are broken. Feels unsafe.

Not clean

This place is unbelievable ! Have to stay for 2 days from today. Too crowded and loud. We even have another guest set up tent just in front of our room accommodation. No privacy at all. The owner is greedy as hell. Took too many clients and just set up tent just to accommodate them. Demanded 50% downpayment upon booking and full payment upon arrival? Woe! Had intermittent power interruption. No contingent plan during summer!? Too hot! From 2.5k fee from 3months ago now its 4. 5k without improvement on the property. To end all luck, we were placed in a disgusting room with run down aircon! Please see the disgusting aircon! This is my last stay here. Please avoid this place. Owner is a vulture!  No value for your money! Gross!! 

Horror Holy Week

The resort needs to have a life guard. On the time we’ve been  there its still on renovation so the facilities is not as good as the other resort we have visited

The resort is way expensive for the kind of service, environment and room quality they offer. We checked-in late and the rooms are not that clean yet upon our arrival. No generator (electricity and water supply were shut down due to brown out). Everything in the resort is not worth paying for. Poor parking, Rooms are too bad especially the comfort room and Poor Customer Service. I even called them at 11:15PM because there were groups who are still singing at the videoke at that time of the night. They should have a curfew to control the noise because other guests would want to rest.

NOTHING COULD EVER BE WORST!!!

We were looking for a place to stay in Morong coming from Anvaya Cove on Good Friday and this was the only one with an available room on hotels.com. Our family stayed in a room that could fit 6-8 people, but the room was lacking in basic necessities. No towels, no blankets, not even rags. It was a struggle not getting the floor muddy coming from the bathroom and outside when you have wet, sandy feet. The resort was fully booked and most occupants were big groups so even on Good Friday people were boozing everywhere, there was loud music and karaoke clashing from all sides from the time we checked in until 10pm. In fact, at 7am I woke up to neighbors blasting karaoke again. The type of crowd is also noticeable. People were inconsiderate of personal space. Neighbors hung all their wet clothes on our porch. As in, all around the porch. Also, since it was very crowded, the small swimming pool was almost green in color. Other useful tips: restaurant is still under construction as of date so you’ll have to drive outside to find a place to eat. There is no wifi, and also no signal in the rooms. It’s really just a place to sleep (and enjoy the beach of course since the beach is quite nice), but for 5k a night it’s not really worth the money.I have to give credit to the owner and staff though. They were accommodating and even offered to cook food for us since it was hard to find a place to eat outside on Good Friday. They tried to assist us as much as they could.

As basic as it could get

We were coming from Anvaya Cove and didn’t want to travel back to Manila on Good Friday so we had to find a place to stay in the same area. There are a lot of resorts in Morong but this was the only one with an available room since it’s super peak season. I think it is more suitable for group outings, not if you’re longing for a quiet family vacation. My family stayed in a family room that could fit 6-8 persons, but for Php 5k a night (booked thru hotels.com) I wouldn’t say it’s worth the rate. There were no towels, no blankets and no rags. It was hard to keep the floors dry when you’re coming from the bathroom or outside.

Most unbearable part was the crowd. It was Good Friday and people were playing loud party music, boozing and singing karaoke since we checked in until 10pm. I woke up at 7am the following day to karaoke noise again. And worse, several units have karaoke machines so the sounds are clashing. Neighbors were disrespectful of personal space. The ones beside us hung their wet clothes all around our porch. As of date, restaurant is still under construction so you’ll have to drive outside to find a place to eat.

I need to give credit where credit is due though, the owner and staff of the resort are very accommodating. They assist as much as they can and even offered to cook food for us since for dinner since it was Good Friday and it was difficult to find a place to eat.

If you are looking for an affordable beach and pool resort in Central Luzon, Philippines.. This is the place to be.  They offer overnight stay.  Their rooms are not to big but can accomodate up to 5-8 persons.  We have requested extra foam/bed without extra cost. We stayed for 2 days and 1 night and it cost us 4500 for the two rooms.  Pool is clean as well as the surroundings.  Cooking is allowed but you need to pay corkage fee if you are bringing stove and gas tank.

Affordable beach and pool resort in Morong

The beach had fine black sand. The water was calm and clear and very good for swimming. The room that we got was just in front of the pool so we can relax and watch the kids swim. The kids enjoyed the banana boat and boat ride to the pawikan center. We all had a great time. No wifi though.
