Did not stayed in this hotel, so can't review about the hotel. Were here just for the foot massage. Was at the Grand mall shopping and looking for a massage, and we came across here. So my friend and I went for the foot massage, while the other two went for the manicure next door. The foot massage is good, really feel relaxed~

Checked into this little cosy guesthouse just beside Gaisano Grand Mall... 

Unlike the earlier reviewers , the staff were extremely helpful & nice to me , inlcuding all 3 receptiin officers , security guard & housekeeping staff..

With a little fridge to keep different types of beverages & pastries/cakes , i was sufficiently satisfied..

As agreed , i receive repeated loud knocks on my door at 5am , to get me on-time for my 630am Cebu North Bus Terminal =》 Hagnaya CERES Air-conditioned Bus..

Hotel in front of a shopping centre and its taxi station. Possibility of booking a massage. The hotel is clean, well organized. We were first in the'sweet room', then in a'standard' room. There was just a TV and a refrigerator in addition. The staff was adorable and very professional. The only downside: the soundproofing is a little light. So we could hear those who would come in and who weren't very quiet...

Very good hotel, good location 👌🏼

Very hospitable and professional staff with a spa in the hotel! We took the first night the sweet room: very well nothing to reproach, for the second night: a standard room always just as well no fridge and the TV is smaller. Only the noise of the guests and the very busy roads. Good quality price ratio 👌👍

The worst service i've ever had" her name is jovelyn" .. so so so loud from the tricycle outside , dirty thin sheets with stains on it..no elevator, you will hear voices from next door or hall ways, definitely not a good place to recommend..if you are a decent person, not a right place for u...

Service & noise

Location was great next to Grand mall and family. Biggest problem is the cleanliness. The pillow cases and sheets were not clean. They had drool stains on the pillow cases and pillows. The sheets were also stained. if they had been washed they would have been marked but art least washed. We bought sheets at the mall and covered the pillows with our travel blanket. The staff at the front desk are friendly but can't do much. the room is big. The mattresses lumpy and thin. The aircon worked too well, couldn't adjust the thermostat. TV remote didnt work, neither did the manual buttons. Its crap. Find some where else to stay.

Want to recommend, but can't, dirty, rundown, try somewhere else.

Price wise it's good.. location not bad , though it's noisy because of the tricycle outside, not ideal to relax. .. the worst is when the front desk staff is pregnant and you get that attitude of snob. .. she just hand me the the piece of paper with the password on it without looking or saying anything, i asked for a help on my luggage ,and yet she answered me that she is not allowed to help with my luggage because she is only assigned at the front desk, but she could help only if its not a luggage and she mentioned that the hotel rules is not to help carry the luggage of the customers...i am a traveller, from the expensive to the cheapest hotel i've tried, this one is the worst service i ever had. .. and later i know from her co worker that she is pregnant, now i understand, and i guess she should not be in the customer service field of work .

The hotel is well suited for air transport through Cebu. From the airport to the hotel the taxi time is 20-25 minutes, the cost on a white taxi is 145 pesos, on a yellow taxi is 190 pesos per meter. The hotel is located next to the Grand Gaisano Malls supermarket. Take the luxury number. In the room there is air conditioning, a mini-kitchen without tiles, a table and 2 tablets, refrigerator, TV, 2 bottles of drinking water and toiletries, there is a window with a view to the supermarket and for some reason a window to the corridor. There is Wi-Fi in the room.
