I just loved staying here! I feel safe and my motorbike as well! They have security guard, affordable price clean room with breakfast no one can beat! I have been checking to the other pension houses in the area (smells bad, look too old for the price “pricey too”)
but this pension house (Have Pension) it’s just right for me. I can save money while having fun in my hometown. Mabuhay Philippines, Mabuhay Pension House.

generally very good, but i what i have observe they donot clean the room everyday. in my room the light in the comfort room is very dim and no light on the mirror near cabinet.

I was very surprised by their service.
For a price of P800 for a twin room including breakfast for 2(choice of either bangus, choriso, corned beef or tuna longganisa, rice, coffee and fruit in season) plus clean linens every night, plus courteous staff, it's definitely a jackpot.

Nice staff. Good breakfast. Friendly neigborhood. Close to eating places and SM supermarket.

ENJOYED MY STAY.

The hotel was a good price. It had three HBO channels and nothing else, which was fine. I noticed a few roaches but not a big deal. the Wi-Fi was strong the first night but slow the next day. It's about a nine minute walk to SM city. The shower was lukewarm, not really hot. The bed was comfortable enough. It was quiet and away from the road.

Clean, affordable place with accommodating staff.  We stayed 2 nights at this pension house and we feel safe. They  don't offer  room service so you have to buy foods outside and the problem is the nearest carenderia is 2 blocks away.  Their breakfast  is ok.  Some tricycle drivers is not familiar with the place so you have to tell them it is located along Champaca and Zapote street.

affordable place to stay in gen. santos city

Stayed here many times before and this time was in a room that has had little or no renovation done to it. Shower handle was missing, cockroaches abounded and room was generally in an average condition. Free breakfast was ok but monotonous. Location is close to shopping with SM close by.

Have stayed here several times before  with varied feelings. This time the room I had was freshly renovated with new air conditioner and fittings. Requested refrigerator at extra cost of P50 per day. Location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Only thing that is not so good is the general housekeeping, lots of Cockroaches and ants, linen does not smell the best, possible laundry detergent problem. Generally the room cleaning is pretty ordinary.
