The Hotel grounds are beautifully maintained and the flowering plants and trees provide a relaxing and quiet respite in Pisac. The Hotel owner, Reddy, attends to the guests with outstanding service. His intern, Jesus, kindly led us up the treacherous mountainside to see the Incan burial ground- complete with bones. Their restaurant serves a delicious locally flavored breakfast. Highly recommended!

Room was nice, staff were super friendly, breakfast was exactly the right amount and tasty.

only gripe is asking if they have space over the phone and then arriving to find them in the middle of redoing the restaurant which meant no drinks and no food.... would have been nice if theyd mentioned that on the phone as i didnt really want to go to town to eat!

having said that, i would recommend it and will be staying there again! mistakes happen. 

good value too.

Relaxing Gardens & Impeccable Service

Lovely room with a lovely atmosphere.

Good shower but then the water pressure was gone. Good TV but then the electricity was out. Great beds (they stayed ;-) Nice service, very friendly! Breakfast was not included! Wifi was a problem. Not water in the pool! No Mastercard even though they claim to take it. Forget something but they didn't find it. Disaster!

Not worth it!

We booked this hotel for a very nice price. When we arrived we were amazed by the beautiful property. The room was nice with a good bed and great shower. Personnel was very friendly. At this point only the wifi was the only thing that we didn't liked because you needed camp in front of the reception to get a signal. 

The disappointing end:

When we wanted to check out we had to wait for an forensic investigation of our room. The first argument was about an missing towel that we didn't received for our one year old son. It took some time to convince them that we received two towels instead of three.

They also checked the sheets of our bed and the second argument was that they found a blood spatter. They wanted to charge us 10 soles to clean it. This is ridiculous and we declined it and explained them they can easily remove blood with cold water and salt. 

The last disappointing moment was paying the bill. On the reception door they claim to accept Visa, Maestro and MasterCard. Very good pay methods in my opinion because we have MasterCard and Maestro. But to bad they only accept Visa. So we had to pay cash and that were our last soles we had for that moment. Resulting in an unnecessary half hour walk with all our luggage and one year old son to pisac to find a ATM before we could continue our journey. In total we had an 3 hour delay because of that.
