Good property which is close to few of the attractions that we intended to visit. Property brings good value for cost. The property has an amazing restaurant called Priyadarshani, which is an Indian South Indian style cuisine with non vegetarian options in food. Staff has been very helpful with my stay at the property.

This hotel is really value for money, located in the heart of the city, very friendly staff, specially at the counter Mr. kader, an excellent person very helpful and kind person.
Good clean spacious rooms, well kept.
Wi Fi facility not good needs to be improved ASAP.

This hotel apartment is totally value for money. This was our second stay and will keep coming back. Nice location, standard comfortable rooms, good service and clean. 
You ask for something and they provide you ASAP. 
Even the second stay was for a day but comfortable.

We spent one weekend there.  The room was a 5th floor (has six) and was facing the street.  The apartment is good,  big and clean.  The main problem is the noise,  you can hear clearly cars and dogs barking from street.  Also the mattress and pillows are quite uncomfortable. 

Good location and room space but to noisy

I stayed here two nights to explore Muscat. Generally a good value hotel, it will be difficult to find anything comparable for less in Muscat.

Pros:
- generally good value
- well equipped, large rooms with WiFi, coffee/tea making facilities. 
- good cleanliness
- convenient, central location, with regard to airport. 

Cons:
- extra charge for WiFi
- no breakfast offered (go to Al Maha across the street, buffet costs 4 RO)
- somewhat difficult to find due to lack of street name posting (route description would be useful). 

I checked in late in the evening. The guy at the reception appeared quite sleazy. He insisted on keeping my passport and asked more questions than needed. As this was my first night in Oman, I did not feel very well that night,which is the reason why I don't give this hotel a better rating. However, the staff next morning was very friendly and appeared much more trustworthy.
