We stayed here for 7 months whilst our house was being built.
This is a very cosy 2 bed apt with all amenities in a great location. Very comfortable beds and the area is very quiet at night. A weekly service was provided and the  hosts are pleasant to deal with.

We stayed in Apartment 3 for 3 nights whilst exploring the Nelson area.  The Apartment is very spacious, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed.  Location is excellent with only a short drive to the beach or into Nelson.  It is also within walking distance of cafes + restaurants but it is on a steep road.  The advantage of that steep road is the view from the living area and deck - amazing!  We were extremely lucky with the weather and we loved enjoying a morning cuppa, an afternoon read and watching the sun go down on the deck.  James was extremely friendly and helpful with arranging our staying and solved our internet connection issue immediately.  We will definitely return.  

We stayed at apartment 3, which was ideal for the six of us, from three generations. Three bedrooms, two ensuite, with another bathroom for the kids, a huge living-room, and the best equipped kitchen I think I've ever seen in a holiday let. The pantry was full of goodies, including useful things like flour and sugar, and luxuries like spices, and good quality olive oil.  It was a short walk down the hill to the Boatshed restaurant, which we can recommend, and not far from Tahunanui Beach. The walk back up the hill is steep, but well worth it for the knockout view. My daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren from UK were (rightly) impressed, and we spent some happy and precious time together there. It could not have been better.

Apartment three exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Stunning panoramic harbour views with the entertainment factor of ships coming and going. Huge plus was the dog friendly aspect - escape proof garden for my two terriers which they very much enjoyed. Clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen , free wifi, mysky. Easy to find, very peaceful. Thanks James and Richard. We will be back for sure. Now off to the Nelson market!

We've stayed here for the past two summers with family visiting from overseas.  It's brilliant.  The apartments are clean, spacious and well equipped, and James and Richard are extremely good managers.  We love the location, with its superb views over the Cut from the deck, virtually no traffic noise, and yet only a 2 minute walk to two excellent restaurants, Harbour Light and the Boat Shed. We highly recommend Kimberley House, and hope to return again soon.
