I was there just for one night and had to leave early in the morning. The hotel is perfectly settled in the heart of Utrecht but in a quiet area, so you are not bother with the noise. The room was perfect for one night stay. But the best was the attention of the owner. All the time smiling, super sweet. I will for sure recommend this hotel.

Perfect staying

Excellent value for money in Utrecht, this accommodation was in a really great location and very clean and welcoming.  Sharing bathroom seemed to work well also.  House and garden well cared for and host always welcoming and helpful.  A great find

Tom?.the host was friendly and helpful.
You have a basic Park next to  acanal practically across the road, ashort wlak into town ,dom tower and the station not far away
There is also a very good railway musuem a short walk away
We were served bread,a boiled egg and coffee for breakfast.. a bit basic for my liking.
But a good location, nice room and the shower is available with a token per day provided with a 10 minute time limit.
I would stay here again but a bit better breakfast be nice, 

A lovely local stay 

The owner was very friendly to us. We had bread, cheese, eggs, jam, tea/ coffee for breakfast. The furniture of our room and the shared bathroom was a bit old, but very clean. Buses are not far away. You can also walk to the centre easily.

the owner has never answered to all our questions about the house and city.
We really felt not welcome.
uncomfortable and dirty bed.
In front of the bed there is only a bathtub and a sink without any walls to separate the two zone.
the worst thing is that the bathroom is situated outside the room and shared with the owner and staff office and everyone can access and use it as they like it. The bathroom is really small and uncomfortable.
We had problems with our luggage because There is not a luggage room to put it and the owner didn’t help us to find a solution and she was really annoyed about our request.

Bad welcome 

I rang the bell to ask what the price was and while I was continuing the sentence, the receptionist interrupted me and said "on the window!". As I was continuing to ask if the price would be different in case of... Then he said "If you're going to do like that..." and closed the door on my face (!).
First time this happened to me.
The receptionist (or owner, by the look of the place) looks dyed blond with blue eyes, mid fifties. If you see him run away!!!
