Stayed at this hotel in the last week of Dec 2013. We hadn't booked it and found it by chance while searching on the streets. It's owned by an Italian family who take care of everything at the hotel. The owners are extremely sweet and go out of their to help you out. Our double room was quite decent at 60 euros per night. The breakfast and food were also really good. The best part about the hotel is it's location. Just a couple of mins from the beach, the night life and the tram spots. The owners also gladly exchanged our dollars for euros, at a much better rate than the official exchange agencies gave us and guided us how to reach the places we needed to go to. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
