Location..very good

Staff...good

Hotel services like hot water, intercom, food, cleanliness...much much much below average

NO ELEVATOR which is the biggest problem especially for aged couples.

Would not advise anyone to try this hotel

Very very bad hotel

This was my second time stay here. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the lake. The staff is super helpful and very friendly. My rooftop terrace room was clean with comfy bed, wifi, lovely hot shower and beautiful views of the mountains. Breakfast was delicious. Would stay again!

Amazing staff and great location.

The hotel is situated near Phewa lakeside, near restaurants etc. We felt welcomed and enjoyed our stay in our room on the 3rd floor. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed every bit. I enjoyed getting to know the staff whom were never hesitant to offer my sister and I assistance. Furthermore, the hotel stayers were also very kind so I enjoyed getting to know them. They have a nice communal area downstairs and the rooms are sufficiently air conditioned which helps with the hot weather here.

Great hotel with friendly staff

Pokhara is lovely, and so is this hotel. I stayed here in July, which is the off season, and got to spend a lot of time chatting with the staff during meals and in my down time. They are great folks who were attentive to all of my needs! The bed was very comfortable and the view outside my window was breathtaking...I imagine it would be even nicer in the regular tourist season without the clouds! I never had to wait for hot water for more than ten minutes after I called down to the front desk to check if it was available. Also loved the breakfast! Thanks to the guys who worked here - I had a great time getting to know you!

Great views and great people!

Its a very good hotel just walking distance from lake. Lake is a main attraction point in pokhara. It's a very good spacious room.  Good washroom. But no facility of lift . So u have to use stair to go at room. Room service is average.  Overall good experience.

Very good budget hotel

This is a very mediocre hotel. Nothing particular. Not a very good location. Far away from town center and hidden in a small alley. It took my driver forever to find it. 

I stayed there 2 nights. The first night I found ants in my bed! They were happily roaming on my pillows and sheet.  I called the hotel, they came with spray. The room was full of toxic insecticide and the guy told me they couldn't change the room for me!  I asked him if he himself would be happy to sleep with this disgusting feeling of ants crawling all over plus the choking spray in the air. He said nothing and walked away! 

I had to call the agent who booked the hotel for me although it was late. The agent had to talk with the management to finally change the room for me. The next thing I realized was, there was no hot water for shower!!  They told me that I must inform them 45 minutes prior to my shower so they could switch on the hot water geyser! -- Well, I wish I had been informed of that upon arrival!! 

I won't come back here that's for sure!

Mediocre hotel, hygiene problem

We stayed at the hotel for a night after our trek. Location is slightly off the main street which was good. It was quieter than those hotels located along the main road.  Room was decent (local standard). Breakfast spread was sufficient and tasty enough. The staff and owner were very friendly and helpful. 

We were told that our flight was cancelled the next day. The management actually tried to contact the airlines to get constant updates. When the airport reopened, they told us instantly and we actually managed to fly out as planned. When we arrived at Kathmandu, the owner called to ensure everything was all right. That was a nice touch.

Pleasant stay with helpful staff

The staff is very hospitible and the included breakfast will provide plenty fuel you for your adventures.  Located one street back from the lake close to the areas top Chinese restaurants and a street back from some of the more luxurious hotels in the area.  I stayed in a room with a large bed and two large windows with a good view of the Peace Pagoda to the south and Sarangkot to the North West.  Even better view from the rooftop.  Bathroom was spacious with good hot water (solar). Cons:  Difficulty accounting for payments done through expedia was awkward.  Stray dogs attracted to the meat from the Chinese restaurants barked from 1-3am multiple nights.  Wifi router to room was inconsistent as was electricity.  (The electricity is a town wide problem).  As consolation the internet in the lobby always works.  All things considered it’s a good choice.  Quality room with a great breakfast run by friendly people.

Nice hotel, close to the lake

Manager at the front desk was very attentive and professional, as were the staff that showed me to my room, made sure I had wifi, and served breakfast in the dining room.
