My husband and I have just returned from  a really wonderful  week in Kotor, staying at Apartment Kordic. We stayed in the ground floor apartment with it's own patio and everything was perfect. There was everything that we needed and the whole apartment felt light, spacious and spotlessly clean. We really appreciated all the hanging space and the fact that the doors had  wooden shutters as well, to block-out any traffic noise. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the bed was very comfortable. The view from the patio was lovely and it was great to have the shade from the olive tree,  if needed,in the heat. It only took 10 minutes to walk down the hill to the pretty old town of Kotor with it's lovely ambience and great choice of restaurants and bars. We particularly liked the Evergreen jazz club .The owner of the apartment, Nebojsa, was so friendly and helpful and gave us a welcome bottle of wine on our arrival, together with information on local buses etc. We loved Montenegro and would certainly stay at this apartment again if we return in the future.


Great apartment and friendly, helpful, host. 

Had four lovely nights here in a spacious apartment overlooking Kotor bay…The Host was a gentleman and offered a great restaurant recommendation in the old town. The views were stunning and the apartment was nice and quiet…Dont forget the adjacent grill bar with two ladies providing fish and chicken at very good rates…I would return tomorrow if I could

Excellence

Stayed in the apartment with a terrace downstairs. Lovely apartment with strong enough air conditioning. The people running the place (they live in the top floor) were extremely welcoming and eveything went very smoothly.

Parking, while free, was terrifying. Especially backing up straight to the main street while other cars would come at you with high speed from behind a curve. Thankfully no one got injured. Note though that this is no fault of this place but more that of the general traffic culture, it seems. (No sidewalks, traffic lights or shoulder on the road anywhere).

We had a really excellent stay here and were welcomed with cold beers which was ideal given how hot it was!

Would really recommend this apartment- not only is it in a great location (about 10 mins walk from the Old Town (if that)) but it also has incredible views of the bay from the balcony. There is a beach a 5 minute walk from the apartment which has nice restaurants and is in an ideal location for a little morning swim/full beach day depending on what you are after. The apartment itself is spacious well equipped and has everything you would need. The views from the balcony are the main selling point for me however! Would definitely stay here again if I happen to be in Kotor.

Beautiful apartment, great location and warm hosts

I booked the Kordic Apartments for my stay in Kotor after reading all the positive comments about the hostess Nada here on TripAdvisor and I was not disappointed.
I received a warm welcome from Nada's sister (who was on a temporary visit) when Nada unfortunately was sick the first few days of my stay. I met her a few days later and all the positive comments here are true. She came with freshly baked burek and yogurt several mornings. She doesn't speak much English but you can communicate with her anyway. Both Nada and her sister are incredibly warm and nice people. It felt more like visiting family than renting an apartment from someone you do not know.
The ground floor apartment is bright and clean and has a terrace where you can sit outside with a view of the bay. The wifi was good. A few minutes away is Kotor's old town and a small shopping center with a supermarket. There is also a small supermarket just below the house. The beach is also a few minutes away from the house. I highly recommend Apartments Kordic.

Felt like home

We were surprised with a great welcome even though we came late 11pm.  Our host was a beautiful person you would want as your neighbor for life.  Clean. Close to town. Free parking. Close to beach... fish bbq right below the house with take away.  Sat on the balcony eating fish and salad at a quarter of the cost of a fish resturant.  We highly recommend this place.

Wonderful Visit

We received a very warm welcome with homemade juice and apple cakes.
The apartment itself was clean, light and spacious. Wish we could have stayed longer than just one night.
It’s only a short walk away from a shopping centre, where you can stock up for some food, and not much further to the beautiful old town of Kotor. 
Be aware that you may hear the noise of traffic on this busy road  and that it’s not easy to leave the car park space .

very big, amazing view, everything you need, comfy bed and sofa bed and fantastic pillows. Clean room. Perfect location for the old town, swimming in the lake and kayaking as well as the local supermarket

AMAZING! so incredibly smily and helpful. Some very good top tips. Amazing homemade pomegranate juice

One downside, its not clearly signposted from the road so driving there is a bit tedious and can be diffciult to park if you are not used to the small roads and hair pin bends.

Must stay

Perfect location with parking, 5 minutes walking from the old town.
We stayed in 2 different apartments because we had to stay one night more and both were perfect! 
The owner, Nebojsa, welcomed us with cold beers giving us tips about everything and he also helped us to go to the hospital as I’ve been sick and needed to see a doctor. He brought all of us in his car to the hospital and helped us to sort out things. Really amazing and I’ll recommend to anybody to stop here while you are in Kotor.

P E R F E C T !!

We stayed 1 week in Kotor and that was the perfect starting point. 3 minutes walk to the old town,very nice owner,good room on the 1st floor. Next to there is a good simple place to eat a fried fish or meat.
The view from the balcony is amazing.
