It's a FAMILY hotel! The Albercas are ideal and for all ages, the staff at all times were kind, the only thing that I found unpleasant was a guest taken, who started screaming in the pool area about 10:30 am, reported to the lobby but I don't know if they caught his attention as I went to sleep. The view of the lake is very nice. It's my second visit and this one would be more satisfying ❤️ I'll definitely return to this place to return them to! 😎 Recommendation for the hotel: The big one is my favorite place, the fountain that is the most luxurious for me.

Ideal for family relaxation.

I could recommend the place for a family with children on a light plan. It has many swimming pools and a play area. however, for traveling as a couple it is not the best option, it needs a lot of upgrades to the facilities and offers more convenience to the guests.

We went to a wedding and it was the hotel recommended by the neighborhood.When I booked I was given 12 hours to pay and that booked at 7pm so I had to go out at night to pay an OXXO so as not to miss the booking.When I arrived I was told that the check inn was at 3pm but that they could advance if I paid 50 pesos extra per hour (100) so I decided it was better to go to a peek and eat at that time.Go back at 3pm and it took 40 minutes to check in!!!The wedding was at 5pm!!!When I arrived at the room with 39 degrees outside there is no air conditioning and the fan is only open at the lowest speed!The way it felt, it meant that the outside of the window was even hotter, so that the windows were open and the corridors were open.

We stayed there for 2 nights and I have to say that the hotel is very improving.The room was very expensive, a can, we commented on it, they said they would review it but when arriving late at night, after a wedding, it followed that disgusting smell that barely let us sleep.The view of the lake is beautiful, but I don't recommend it.There is no wifi in the rooms, no minibar, not even water or bathroom gel... Besides, it has many stairs.

The room was full of oil.

The place is great for spending the day. There is music, lots of swimming pools and a bar inside. It is good. To stay I do not recommend it. It was really a little bad. We asked for a room with a view of the lake and the view was a palm tree that covers the lake. Also some towel we had wines, they have no internet in the room. The desk lamp did not work and in the grill no clean look and something uncomfortable the bathroom. To spend the day is good.

They don't even charge you for luggage, they force you to leave a cash guarantee if you carry something ... there's not even control for the TV , there's no room service, very old facilities, at last 🏻very expensive for the type of service and facilities.

The worst decision was to stay there, sliding doors, the numbers of the rooms PEGADOS CON HOUSES DE PAPEL, ALBERCAS ASQUEROSAS, the rotten towels, literally breaking the fabric, the bad shower.

A LOT to complain about... i dont want to waste time.
Just one example : workers came to make noise at 06:50!! and then stopped at 07:00 and spoke/laughed in the terasse for an hour

HORRIBLE!

From the outside it looks like a hotel, but the rooms are horrible, look through curtains, the room is almost in the street, no safety at all, the beds are more bunks with 100 year old mattress, no closet, no air conditioning, you feel very unsafe in this place, our stay lasted only 1 hour while we looked up for another hotel.
