Horrible rooms, without cleaning or maintenance, the beds too old as well as the saunas, in addition to the old ones, a very difficult and complicated place to get in the car and the price is too expensive for the service, really check before booking so you don't have a bad experience.

The attention was good, it has a beautiful view of the mountains, the only thing I didn't like was that my room wasn't the one I had paid for and that's what I realized when I reviewed the photographs on the page.

Revised that they were given the Habitación Correcta.

They forced me to rent two nights because I only needed one. Still, with advance notice that I would arrive the day I needed it. They didn't respect the reservation. Bad place, bad treatment at last if you want a bad experience here you can have it.

Psimo is the name of the game.

The bungalows are located at the foot of the Tepozteco, so getting in and out of the building is very complicated. On the street there are no cars and pedestrians at the same time. Even almost when you get to the bungalows you have to be careful with the stalls. If a car is coming in bypass you have to look for the shape of the balcony. It's just as complicated to get into the parking lot, which by the way, only accept two cars (No es negotiable. Take into account the number of people who go to the balcony). It's a good option for accommodation if you have a wedding or some other event in the garden that's next door. (Porca, I've lost the space to get to the balcony.

 Entry and exit complicated.

Just stayed at the bungalows and we were very happy.  Great location and very clean.  The staff and owners were the best and allowed us to keep our car there as we climbed to the pyramid.  Only challenge was a very hard mattress but we brought a bed pad.  I highly recommend this place.

Great place to stay

If the wedding is in the garden of the mountain, you are only a few meters away, the place is very clean and although it is modest in terms of facilities, its maintenance and cleaning are impeccable.

Ideal for a wedding.

If you arrive at night, the entrance is not very bright because it is on the street leading to the Tepozteco, and right in front of the tree that blocks the passage of cars. The bad news is that across the street there is a party garden and at night the music is heard all the way to the room. Pay for one night, 1200, nothing luxurious but comfortable and clean. The good news, they accept a card, the bad news... they charge you an extra 3%.
