My family and I stayed at Villas Dulce Suenos from April 21 to April 25. The hotel check-in personnel were very pleasant and professional. The hotel itself is well maintained, clean, and has a warm family atmosphere. All the staff were friendly and helpful. My only concern is there is no pool handrail to enter or exit the pool. My mother-in-law slipped and broke her wrist while she was exiting the pool, also the area between the kid's splash area and the main pool has missing tiles and several of my small cousins scraped their knees and legs on the jagged pieces. For the most part, we enjoyed our stay and the hotel is in great proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We will definitely return but do hope some small adjustments can be made to the pool for everyone's safety.

Great Hotel but have a safety concern

The gem is beautiful, the staff are so awesome and accommodating. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and it was great!!! The rooms have kitchens so don’t expect a breakfast with it.  Also there are a lot of snow birds that sign contracts to stay months at a time so the best time to go is end of feb beginning of March as they are heading home.  The pool was perfect for the little ones cause they had a shallow end which worked out.  The rooms are clean and spacious.  It’s tucked in off the main road and opens to this beautiful green oasis which leaves you in awe. It’s a block off the beach but it’s worth the walk. The rooms were cleaned 3 times a week and the cleaning ladies are awesome! 
I would recommend this gem if you can get in to it!

Best hotel in Guayabitos

We really enjoyed our two week stay here. It's located only one block from the beach and all the shopping is in walking distance. We can't wait to stay here next year. We have truly found out yearly vacation!!
