How good to be back to Hotel Granada after last visit in 2023. Check-in staff always made my day, welcoming with smile and polite. My room was located at the high floor and facing to McDonalds. Yi Voon, the Front Office Manager upgrading my room to Executive Deluxe instead my original booking was Deluxe Room. She also allowed me to check in early. Thank you, Yi Voon, I’m so impressed with her hospitality. The hotel well managed, new carpet in floor corridor and it make the area look brighter and fresh environment. Simple breakfast yet delicious. I have fantastic holiday in Hotel Granada, sure will comeback again.
