Pictures look actually quite good but when you go to the hotel you'll notice that it was a trap. Some things in the rooms are quite okay looking but then there is much to improve. For example floor under the bed hasn't seen vacuum cleaner since second world war. Also we didn't sleep at all because there was rats inside our rooms walls walking all night. And they were loud.

The space in the room also very limited. They only provide 1 towel,have to request for extra towel. At night unable to sleep due to the location of the hotel nearby with karoke place and pub. Worse, there no parking lot provided if you using own car. And have to pay saman if you never provide coupon..
Conclusion, i will not visit again,thx

I booked the hotel initially via booking.com where it says the property accepts credit card as a payment method. When I tried to check-in, the staff said they don't accept credit card. The owner then showed up asking me to withdraw cash or change currency to pay in cash. It was 10:30pm. I explained to them I could only pay via credit card. The owner then replied saying it's a fault of booking.com and said they are a budget hotel how could I expect to pay via credit card. All of this was not helping for a customer. As I was thinking what to do next, the owner said I could cancel my booking on booking.com and booked via agoda where they take payment in advance via credit card. Great! problem solved. So I rebooked a family room on agoda with higher rates ( my own costs) and was given a small room with a window on the third floor. All the noises and cooking smells went straight to the room. The cooking smells were so strong that I had to ask to change a room without window. Luckily this was something they could do. Oh and the AC in my room was not strong enough I got up sweating several times at night...

The hotel doesnt have any lift, so please dont stay here if you have just climbed mount kinabalu like me. The room is clean and comfortable but quite small and congested. Toilet cleanliness is 7/10 and can be a bit smelly sometimes

You pay more and get a larger room (around RM 120) clean and convenient. Get a room in the back away from nearby karaoke bar and establishment playing music around 5am on Sunday morning - have no idea what this was. Staff pleasant enough. There are cheaper but smaller rooms at the hostels nearby
