love everything about this hotel and enjoyed our stay here

location - not in town but is still very convenient. very near to the popular lake garden. ninso, kluang rail coffee shop and a few eateries are just round the corner. parking on site and is free. from the doorstep you will get a good view of the sunset as well as the royal crown

room - clean and nice. toiletries kit, slippers, coffee making facilities and bottled water are provided. there's a hairdryer and rain shower with good water pressure in the clean bathroom.

lobby and others - minimalist and modern looking with a lift - yes, if you choose not to climb the stairs to first or second floor. beside the lift is a small business room. there's a bar offering cold and hot beverages at reasoanable prices or you can help yourself to the free sliced lemon + cucumber iced water. there is a room on the second floor with a set of table and chairs and a hot/cold water dispenser. also available is ironing facility. 

staff - they are a polite, friendly, helpful and accommodating bunch. we got tips and info on what to eat and places to go. they even suggested we call food delivery and provided us the cutlery and plates. thank you QT, Redzuan, Shirley and Linn. Also thanks to boss Anson 
for the "biskut rapuh" and osmanthus/peppermint cold tea.

Five stars for Starz Hotel

Straight forward simple clean comfortable and relatively good priced hotel. The front desk staff very warm and friendly. The maintenance staff also very warm and friendly and came to help when being called. Recommended.

Comfortable

Location is good. Walking distance to the lake garden area for walks. 
There are a few restaurants nearby for quick meals. 
Room is clean but small, which is also reflective of the price.
Have been staying at this hotel for a couple of times. This has been our "base" whenever we visit Kluang.

Nice boutique hotel 

We have the opportunity to try out the alternative hotel accommodation this time. Pretty new and modern outlook.
Cheerful front office staff and cleanliness of the room were of first good impression.
However, the shower facility without a choice of using a hand shower head posts a problem. No toilet rolls instead of paper dispenser.

Experience of a boutique hotel

Just stay here recently....hotel was very well maintained love the place...and customer service was extremely good and awesome...only one i would like to suggest as indian guest i wish there is indian channel(astro) shown on the list but  not able... to watch as the rest you guys doing a good job...keep it up ...cheers 

Good hotel

My second time to stay here. Quite good impression for the first trip, the room is clean, bed and mattress are comfortable to offer a good sleep. However, second time didn’t offer a good experience. I arrived about 8pm and couldn’t find a parking.  I was told that it was due to the fitness centre next door and after 10pm the parking wouldn’t be a issue. ( I did checked in earlier during the first trip and no problem, may be no class at that time).  I took the executive deluxe and in the room can hear the music from the fitness centre).  The advise was after 10pm will be all right. May be next time if I want to stay here again I should check the time table for the classes by fitness centre....?? 

Second trip, and a bit regretted 

Very gentle and warm welcome from receptionist. Our room are prepared even though we checked in early. We booked our hotel 1 month early btw. 

The room was cozy and clean. No funny smell inside the room. Overall was excellent. Cozy enough for 2 adult. Toilet are clean and just nice. Only the tv chhnel if can add a few more & in english language much better. 

Even got places to eat nearby. Kluang railway just round the corner. Even got RM2 shop also nearby. Short distance to Bandar Kluang around 10-15min. Good location in my opinion. Less noise eventhough nearby the mainroad.

Holiday

This is a last minute arrangement to visit Kluang.. a recommendation made by the friend who is resident there, 
Definitely a nice, CLEAN, quiet hotel at 138RM outside the town centre, only 3 levels high. 
You have to note that if you are having room for 2 separate bed, there is no window view. 
All other rooms do have the window view options. 
Easy parking for you if driving up from Singapore. 
Basic hotel facilities are available (new paper, toiletries, etc) and the reception is friendly to provide their assistance, 
Around the hotel is very convenient, rail coffee shop, ninso (like daiso), seafood cafe, running nature track.... easy to visit other place from this location

One night stay review

The room is cozy and clean. Staff is friendly. Kluang RailCofee is just around the corner , very convenient for food. Overall is good except that the wifi internet has been down for quite a while due to raining.
