We stayed here for 2 nights.   Unfortunately I'm unable to comment on anything positive apart from the location. It had a prison vibe, very dated and unclean. As well as the odd cockroach visit. 
Staff were not very friendly either. 
I would avoid at all costs! 

Ghastly

Great location but thin walls.  Well past it's prime.  I got a room with a private bathroom for 70 Rm.    There's a security dooron the stairs to the entrance where you ring a bell and they let you in.  You need to press a button at the top of the stairs to leave too.  This got a bit annoying.  The room itself had plenty of space but the floor was bare.  The aircon worked well.  The shower was good with hot water (you have to press a button at the entrance to turn the water heater on).  The walls were very thin and you could hear your neighboure quite clearly.  There was masking tape on the ceiling.  This came loose during my stay revealing a long thin hole into the room above.  I won't stay here again.

It's as clean as it an get, but it's old and run down. The location makes it a favorable place to stay. It's priced a little high for the condition. Also just a bit noisy in the morning, if you sleep late, this might not be the place for you. They could also use new mattresses. Unless you plan to to catch naps between your daily events, shower and get out...consider another place.

Kim Sun stay

The rooms were basic, but generally clean and comfortable. Shared bathrooms and a common room. It's centrally located and feels quite safe and secure. I would recommend Kim Sun Hotel to people travelling on a budget
