We have spend wonderful weekend in these apartments. The location is very good in the midway from Baltic sea and Kursiu Marios. The rooms are clean, well furnished, in the kitchen you can find all things that you need to prepare meal. We were in winter period and we liked that there were warm inside. there is beautiful terrase. The appartment is in the fifth floor. It was very nice that the owner offered us to stay longer since there were not other people comming that day and we could chek out later.

We had a very pleasant stay at Nida Hotel Apartments. The rooms were newly renovated and IKEA-fied with modern furniture and an all new kitchen. The room was clean and very spacious with lots of light coming through the big windows. From the outside the hotel doesn't look like much but the rooms were very nice with big balcony, fast WiFi and reasonably sized tv.
The staff was very nice but did not speak English and we had to prepay and then pay the rest on the spot with cash only.
Overall we were happy with our stay there but for two nights it was a slightly high price.

Nice, clean and newly renovated rooms

I'll start with the positive:  the view was quite nice and the location was about midway between the Baltic and the Kursiu Marios.  The problem is that we were not forewarned that this is a fourth floor walkup apt.  The advertisement made no mention of it.  Since we were traveling around Lithuania we had full size luggage and there is no way we could have lugged the heavy luggage up the stairs if it were not for our athletically sound son.  How many people actually have such a perk?!   If you are traveling with just a backpack then that would not be a problem.  The 2 lounge chairs on the deck were torn and to sit on either one was taking a risk.  Inside the apt there were no chairs - the convertible couch being the only place to sit.  When 3 adults sat on the couch it turned into a bed whether you wanted it to or not.  The bathroom door opened onto the kitchen and living room so it was also unpleasant to be in the vicinity if someone was using the bathroom. We had made the reservations online.  The unfortunate lesson learned was that you don't necessarily get what you paid for and expected. What should have been a restful experience was ruined by unnecessary stress.

Fourth floor walkup

At first - apartment furnished in a house with a staircase just neglected and dirty. There is no parking. The apartment is equipped with modern but totally unsuited for accommodation. All this is more like a furniture store exposure. The only place for a comfortable room - the bed ... Equipped kitchen, but not the vapor extractor (?!) Kitchen sink faucet at such a height that the water allowing it splashed all over the room. By the way, after to cook food, you'll need to eat on a low, decorative tea table ... or on the ground, the table is not here. WC door glass, tightly does not close and are in middle of a room. I think the people do not give the room a great pleasure to hear all the sounds emanating from the bathroom .. Balcony is a large, from all sides of the transparent and dirty from bird droppings. I do not visit second time to these apartments, as by the way, and the Nida. Unfortunately, there is no absolutely what operate and no entertainment. Really - nothing! Only for walking. My opinion, if you want to just take a walk, do not run such a long way for driving and so expensive to pay for it.

Expensively furnished apartment with dirty staircase

We stayed with family at the apartment on the ground floor. First impression - someone just brought the key (dropped it) and without big hallo’s or details left us.  
The apartment was dirty, spiderwebs everywhere. We missed towels and bed linen though informed pre-trip about number of persons coming. Coffee machine, but no coffee even for the first morning and no chance to buy THAT coffee at the shop (owner sells it for 2€ per package). No salt, no pepper, no sugar, no dishwasher tabs, one roller toilet paper....even the bed sheet on the double (140cm) bed was single :(((  only three wine glasses. 
Three days without internet and without serious answer what was going on. Very very disappointing. All doors need to be repaired as dont close properly. The bed in living room is very uncomfortable. Pillows only called so, very thin and cheap. And all this for 200€ per night. Consider before you book as its only stress and unhappy family members follow you down the holiday path.
