Plus: great location - hotel is near the city centre, tv, shower, toiletries, free sauna and small gym facility, free table tennis.

Coins: the hotel is really not 4 stars, I would give it 2 maybe 3 at best. Rooms are really old and dirty - the balcony didnt had any fence at all, looks scary and not safe. We really wanted a double  bed, but got 2 separates and we were not able to choose a double bed in the system. Sheets are 100% syntethic, you get very very hot and sweaty under them at night. The room is not soundproof so you hear everything though the night and because its near the centre its very noisy. But its not the worst part. The worst part is that the room was so infested with spiders, that I thought we are in Australia and not in the Kaunas. Spiders were huge and they were crowling everywhere - it was about 50 of them, on our clothes, our legs, tv, ceilings, walls - everywhere. The second night we even wanted to get out of this hotel, but we were here because of work so we didnt had time to look for another hotel. And no it was not because its that time of the season like receptionist said - all the room was covered in spiders webs so it was very clear that the rooms are not cleaned properly, thats why spiders and webs are all other the room. If the rooms very cleaned properly everyday how it should be there is no way so many spider webs would be there and I dont mean in the corners - they were everythere, and eventually on our faces.
The breakfast has small selection and everyday is the same, the coffee is not drinkable - I tried making cappucino and the machine just poured water with old coffee drains 🤮
The spa area is so small, that I finally felt how orcas feel living in a small aquariums :D
You need to book it in advance to go, but there is no point in booking, because they allow so many rooms to book it at once su you have no space at all. I saw families go there and come back in a minute after they saw how "spa" area look like :D better nothing that this, really.
We didnt even bother to go to the reception to ask to change the room, because the loby was complete mess and it was no point to ask there for something better - all this hotel is crap.
Safe to say receptionist are really bitchy here, always just scrolling on the phones when people passing by, dont even great anyone. At the end of the trip the receptionist was super cocky when we said its was so much spiders in the room and we didnt even wanted to say about other problems, because we felt attacked from the very beggining.
Also, you can officially check in from 2 p.m., but at around 3:30 p.m. we get a message from hotel that they were unable to check in us on time, so we were really lucky because we were at 5 p.m. in Kaunas, owerwise you would need to stand in a lobby for hours to get a key from your room.
Very disapointing, probably the worst hotel we ever been.

Spider Kingdom hotel

It was good value for money, good location and breakfast. Check-in experience was horrible, it took 1 hour. During check-in we found out that our room for 3 was changed to 2 separate rooms, which was very disappointing.

Very good staff (attentive, service minded, helpful). Spacious room, bathroom nicely equipped, good air-conditioning.Limited/- tight, but okay on-site free parking.Excellent breakfast.Only negative issue was our room faced the street and a little noisy from revellers and traffic until the early hours.Considering the location, room and all the positives, the price was very, very reasonable.

We will return.

This hotel was recommended to me for my conference at Kaunas University (VDU). It's not bad, but it's not a real four star: the disorganization is total, upon arrival the room was missing the a/c remote control, there was no telephone in the room and the safe didn't work; some details are old, the air conditioner gave off dust. The staff is unprepared, in the end they were not even able to provide me with an invoice for my payment. Thanks for everything!

Not a real Four Stars 

Maybe this hotel used to be a 4 star hotel with the previous owner.  I Think the number of stars should be reconsidered.  
We stayed in a suite. The room it self is Nice. It is in 2 levels with the sleeping area on the top. But the funiture and style is outdated and cheap.  The room was clean.
 Be aware, that you Will find : 
No breakfast
No restaurant
No sauna
No spa 
No modern training hall
 It displayes a little bit different on the homepage......but during out stay it was " out of order"....!
So, in this 4 star hotel, the only Thing you Will find, is a room with a bed. You Will have a short  walk to the main shopping street and the shopping center Akropolis. 



4 star hotel with NO services 

Lovely hotel, nice and central. Big spacious room with a lovely and clean layout and bathroom. I was looked after by the wonderful Edyta who was a gem from start to finish. If I was to return to Lithuania I would come back here due to the great hospitality I received.

I have never stayed in the hotel where you needed to pay for the spa! We have specifically booked this hotel and paid a little bit of a higher price assuming the spa is included, but we were informed that spa is €14 per person and only free for a couple of hours in the morning (we are only here for one night and were hoping to use the spa in the evening after the long drive). 

When we looked at the website prior to booking, did not notice this information, but they so mention it somewhere at the bottom where most people do not read. Not ethical at all. You should make it more clear.
