Master's Hotel - Ehden

We spent a friday night at the hotel to get some some rest after a long journey in ehden, zgharta, bcharré.. Everything was well organized and we were treated very well. The rooms are good and very clean. The garden is beautiful along with the swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious as well. We were the first people to stay at the hotel in this 2017 summer season and our experience there was excellent ! 

I visited the hotel with my wife and baby boy. Perfect place for the family, includes a swimming pool, gardens, and a tennis court. The view is terrific and above all you are surrounded by the family hosting the hotel with great care and that is available for you all the time.

In simple words, if you want to visit ehden, this is the best place to stay.

Great place to stay in ehden

I had a one night stay at the hotel, at time of Ehdnyat Festival. I think it is the highest season in town, hence the price was really high for what you get. 
Room was clean but too basic like no fridge (minbar) or tv. 
The hotel is not central, but in a nice quiet area with five minutes by car to the center. my room had a balcony and a nice large view to valleys..
The hotel has a tennis court and a beautiful garden which makes for a great setting for a breakfast.
Family owning and working at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful.
Room had good wifi and ac.

We wanted a nice place to stay for z week end and enjoy z ehdeniyat festival.our choice was master hotel .it is near z attraction sites from z Midan to saydit el horsh church and even  to ehden preserved .z restaurant is neat and having dinner outside on z green grass and under z moonlight while listening 2 old songs was really romantic.z pool is clean z kids really enjoyed swimming whilez fog passed .z staff is really friendly and helpful.however, z rooms can b cconsidered as below average .clean but not fancy or luxurious.

A nice place

My wife visited mid July 2022, and it seems it wasn't anything like the 2019 reviews. The hotel's management must have considerable improvements since then! Good job!

I booked the hotel on phone after seeing the photos on net. Believe me it has nothing to do with pictures. We arrived at 12, the check in staff was not welcoming at all, although the hotel was empty, because of the low season, the girl on the check in was not happy saying we arrive early. Once in the room I was chocked. Basically, there is only a pity bed and a pity closet. No fridge, no shampoo and co in the bathroom no amenities perhaps just a small bottle of water if I recall. I went out to the balcony, guess what, I found a cockroach 😱. Even my 5 years son was not happy saying he doesn’t want to stay. How come this hotel is a 4 stars? How come some people are recommending this hotel? The cockroach at the balcony can explain all. If you come to Ehden don’t get even close to this hotel

Run away

Soo dirty its a 1 star hotel and owners are not flexible at all to not repeat , all other hotels at ehden are so far more generous the worst experience ever. 
and its almost empty we can easily notice why

Sooo bad and dirty

Staying at this hotel was the worst experience ever. First, the amount for one night at this hotel isn’t worth it at all, however i can pay less of this amount at a different hotel where i can get more and better services. Secondly, our rooms weren’t clean ( windows , floor , balcony ...) , too old ( no refrigerator) and also we found many insects in our toilet and the smell was bad. In addition, unprofessional and unreliable staff as we have requested a late checkout , the reception informed us that one room is available for checkout till 2 pm ( hotel’s checkout is 12 pm) then after 20 mins she called and told us that she is sorry and the manager informed her that it is not allowed to stay or we should pay extra money.

I saw the offer on booking 140 usd for my family(2 adults and 1 baby). However the 2 persons who answered me when i called before i book insisted that it is for 150 usd despite that i was reading for them that on booking the price proposed is less from the one they told me) i  have attached here what i was seing.
However all what she had to say is:
Habibti this is what we have either u want or nt...
Too bad for them for jeanette and the other man... if this is only a call and i was received this way i dont even want to think about the rest.
