We booked this hotel for our roundtrip because many pictures seem so nice. But those are very old pictures. The whole hotel is old, worn off and dirty. We skipped breakfast because it was awful. Room was musty and the announced river view non existent. Never again. Thought about changing hotel after one night. Avoid this hotel if possible!!

Awful experience

I can be simple: DON’T go there. It is not worth the money and totally run down. The pics look great but reality is totally different. When we artived we wanted to see the rooms first before checking in, and that caused already a problem. When we saw the room we knew why! Filthy in one word.

An Absolute Disaster!

We came in Aug which was its off peak season so their pool was out of action. 
The rooms were average, definitely best to take a mosquito net with you as there were loads of bugs in our room. Luckily we were well equipped with a net and mosquito room repellent.
The breakfast was average, the typical choice of asian and British choices- rice porridge or eggs and baguettes.
Overall, its a pretty average place.

Cute huts but looks downgrades

The rooms are old dark and not maintained. The service poor.The breakfast bad.The restaurant has an excellent river  view.The service terrible.When we went staff was having dinner at the fish pond.The food terrible. 

Stayed three nights a loved this hotel. Our experience were totally opposite those who criticise this hotel.Our welcome was warm and friendly. The staff throughout the hotel were first class. We were taken to our room and given a full explanation of the room and hotel facilities. The room was spacious and looked over the pool and river. The pool area is nice to sit beside the staff brought cooled water without being asked. The breakfast was of a high standard and with a good selection. 
This was great place and i would definitely stay here again

Brilliant

Overpriced.  Agoda charged 10% service and 20% tax!!!  Ran the price to $103/nite!  Wifi, breakfast marginal.  Room on river old and sad.  TV w one English station, CNN, w interference.  $30/nite would be ok,

When we first entered I though oh how beautiful, how charming, which the ground are but that is the only good thing about this shockingly disgusting place. When entering nobody offered help with our luggage. The receptionist spoke no English. We were given a key showed our room but not told about breakfast or where anything was locating, all a pittance when compared to the room. A dump is a charitable way to describe it. The rooms are individual bungalows with steps that are twisted. The room has paint chipping the walls, curtains that are torn off the hinges, dirt in all the corners, no closet or anyplace to hang a piece of clothing, the lighting is almost non existent. And all this for $95.00 from Expedia. The staff is completely untrained and unmotivated to learn. 3 of the stood before the omelette and no one knew how to make one or understand what we wanted.
