I like this hotel very big apartment with a sea view the view I's amazing its viewing the blajat  beach Arabian gulf beach I advice who want to have  a nice time to visit this hotel the best time is February

We were a party of 7 people and a baby, we booked a three bedroom apartment, the rooms inside the apartment were ok with decent space, there was also a kitchen and laundry machine which was a plus, there were two toilets and a living room with a nice beach view.

the hotel was a bit hard to find due to their very small sign, but it was exactly in front of a highway, i would recommend they install a bigger sign.

The staff were very helpful with our several requests, even though the hotel was fully booked, however, i didn't like that we had to call them for room cleaning every day, and when they did come to clean, they didn't replace the towels and give us new toilet paper/tissues (even though we already ran out of toilet paper).

they had a good number of parking spaces, they even have an underground parking. 

I hated that one of the rooms was not sound proofed, i couldn't sleep throughout the first night since it was weekend and the highway was full of cars!

i would say that you pay for what you got, for such a cheap hotel, i could live with all the cons.

You get what you pay for

This hotel is very well located by the beach area in Salmiya and there is a Wendy's just a few minute walk away which is a huge plus for me. The hotel's (yes, I will refer to it as a hotel even though it is more of a serviced apartments establishment) lobby was extremely tacky and run-down which was evident from the drink chiller with the flickering lighting. The three bedroom apartment was spacious and the bathrooms were actually new, clean and were equipped with toiletries. There were some ants in the main living room and I would appreciate if the bedrooms themselves had TVs installed as I am one of those people who require a TV in order to pass out. The staff were very polite and helpful which was a huge plus. The colored lighting in the living hall felt like we were staying at a brothel but it was fun to laugh at. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would definitely stay again but the hotel does need some refurbishments. The Wifi was extremely slow and we passed on it.

Nice stay but needs some work

The apartment was big with a very nice view on the sea. But the condition of the bathrooms are alright or needs improvements. The area is in the middle, however, the traffic is bad at night to reach to the apartments or leaving it. We were a group of friends and it was good for us for 2 nights. The area is next to Amr Ibn A'as street where all local restaurants and cafeterias are located.

This hotel is in great location, apartments are very big with panoramic view of the sea, but the rooms and toilets are not in very good shape and cheap quality.  

The hotel management though is the big disaster of all, i don't know what the owners are thinking, putting the hotel in the hand of incompetent staff.  They cannot handle the easiest hick up.  One of the situations, a car blocked the main gate of the basement parking, and they stand still without doing anything for hrs, although i told them to call the traffic police and give them the number of the plate, but they didn't.

Staff: staff are not trained, they take your luggage and then they enter with you in the elevator with the luggage car putting you in the corner unable to breath.  it will take you forever in checking in, in checking out they told me i have to pay laundry, i told them i haven't, they insisted i used laundry for one arabic dress, which i don't have and never wear, thats how i convenes them they are mistaken.
