I recently stayed at The Westin in Yokohama and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. This hotel is centrally located in Yokohama, only steps away from restaurants, department stores (SOGO and Takashimaya), and subway stations. I was particularly impressed with the condition and sound insulation of this property. Despite the property being located in the center of Yokohama, the guest room was tranquil. There were no street noises of any kind, making the stay a peaceful and comfortable one. Also, the service provided by the associates at The Westin Yokohama was nothing short of perfection. From check-in, I was greeted by warm and friendly associates on the ground floor and in the lobby (the lobby is on the 23rd floor). The associated in the club lounge and restaurants were also impressive, courteous, and provided an excellent dining experience that felt personal and enriching. I highly recommend this property for both business and leisure travelers, and I look forward to returning the next time I visit Yokohama.
