The room was clean and the bed was a good size. The bathroom had everything we needed including hairdryer, comb, toothbrush, bath and shower products etc. The hotel even provided pyjamas and slippers. The room was compact but the design worked very well. The breakfast was very nice and the view every morning from our breakfast table was such an amazing start to the day! The food was delicious and there was a lot of choice. The staff were incredible! I must say that the kindness of the staff is what will stay with me for the rest of my life; they made us feel happy and welcome; We were always greeted with a warm and genuine smile. I am so thankful to have chosen this hotel; the area was very nice and was not far from great restaurants, cafes, Shimbashi Station was a short stroll away, Ginza also not far. Hamarikyu Gardens were next door and it was such a nice morning stroll, one can also have traditional macha tea in a tea-house overlooking the lake! I will definitely stay here again!
