This is a nice and clean hotel, but it was old. It took me 10mins to walk from JR Hakata Station. Since it is close to station and major shopping area, so it is great for shoppers. It is a good value hotel, it was cost me USD$40.00 to stay a night.

Nice and clean, but old

 This i quite an old hotel, with a dated interior and furniture. They even still use physical keys (which you leave at the front desk every time you leave the hotel. However, it is close to Hakata Station (8 minute walk), so conveniently located. There is a Family Mart and 7-11 close by, as well as lots of restaurants in and around Hakata Station. Despite its age, the room was clean and comfortable. They only provide a TV - there is no coffee or tea, kettle or security safe. The only in-room supplies provided are slippers and toothbrush. Rooms are serviced every day, so you get fresh towels, yukata (robe) and bottle of mineral water every day. It is a decent option if you are looking f or a clean and well-located option at a budget price.

A Good Low-Budget Option Close to Hakata Station

This is an older, frayed at the edges hotel, but is quite good for the price. The staff are fantastic and friendly, the rooms are clean and neat, with the non-smoking room actually non-smoking, and the location is good. We were in town for the sumo championship, and it was reasonably located (long walk, but easy taxi ride) for that. Lots of food options about.

Older style business hotel

The goodthing of there is only location where not far from Hakata station, However they still farest than another hotel in the same price. The staff are lost there service mind. The room is very old but clean. Free fresh water in the room. Early checkin. 

Not very good 

The hotel is old but well maintained. Within walking distance to JR train station and nearby subway line. Many sight seeing places are close by walking and also by subway. Shopping areas of hakata are close by but going to tenjin needs subway ride. Staff were nice and helpful. Only downside was that it was a smoking type hotel due to which I felt bit of stagnant tobacco smell in lobby and in lifts.

Good location close to subway and JR

Hotels were mostly full in Fukuoka.
I found this hotel for a good price on line.
The property is very old and desperately needs to be refurbished old matress very uncomfortable furniture also very old.tv is also very old with no english channels.
Worst of all this hotel has no adaptor plugs for charging devices.
I has to go and buy my kwn adaptor to charge my phone.this is very poor as most hotels worldwide cater to tourists.i have been to Fukuoka many times and all other options were much better
