Room was a little worn and tired, but clean and comfortable. It's convenient in the sense that it's next to a station near Chiba City's downtown, but inconvenient in the sense that it's station isn't one on a main line, but on a small local line. You'll spend extra time and a few extra dollars everyday getting from this station to main lines. It'll be slightly more convenient if you can use the Keisei Railway's system rather than JRs. But in general, it's comfortable and a reasonable choice. 

Good for the price.

I liked my short stay at the hotel. The staff was very nice and spoke enough english so we could communicate everything necessary.
My room was quite roomy, at least for a Japanese hotel. The hotel was clean but worn out. For example: in my room was a cleaned but visible stain on the floor and the (comfy) chair was scuffed. But I still enjoyed my stay there.
Regarding the missing Internet some people commented about: There was an RJ45 cable in my room and I found an access point with the hotels name. I didn't asked for the password though.

Nice Hotel

I was very disappointed in this hotel because it didn't offer the conveniences required by most business travellers. It lacked any kind of internet service, no exercise room, and little English spoken by the staff. The rooms were small and had no place to store clothing, so you end up living out of your suitcase and placing clothing on the small chairs and tables. The temperature in the room is controlled at the front desk. You can only turn it on and off.
