Flight was cancelled and the United agents weren't going to assist me and Narita hotels were sold out. Texted my daughter who lives in Tokyo and she found this gem. Easy to reach from Narita - 4 stops on the Keisei train and an easy walk just south of the train station. Excellent English at the front desk and the room was clean and quiet. Buffet breakfast was terrific. The hotel even has free bicycle rentals although there is not a tremendous amount to see in the area.
