I did not have any problems with my stay it was nice and quiet area I did have some plumbing issues but they were able to move me to another room the place is not bad could do with some renovations and provide breakfast or food service in general I had to go elsewhere to eat but overall not a bad stay.

The view outside at night and beautiful in the day .

Loved the location and the layout of the building.  Plus the options of rooms available.At the last minute we changed to a room on a lower floor. The room we stayed in did not have a table or chair.  The bathroom although equipped would benefit from an additional shelf.  The tiles are dated and shower taps were missing hot/cold symbols.  Mr Wint, absolute diamond!!!!.  The team were fantastic and would have received the highest ratings except for the receptionist who was slightly less helpful than her colleagues.Checking in was super quick and easy, which is exactly what you want following a long flight.

Location fantastic, easily accessible and safe.  Loved the layout of the hotel, especially the roof.  

Room did not have a table or chair, the bathroom would benefit from a shelf.  The tiles were dated and the shower taps were missing the hot/cold identifiers.  Curtains slightly sun damaged.  The room was clean and recleaned on request - this was a brilliant idea! 

Mr Wint was brilliant, all establishments would benefit from what comes naturally to him.  All but one member of staff were friendly, approachable and willing to help and answer any questions



Mixed Review

I had normal stay, I had a late flight, 8pm and I request to stay until evening 5pm but front desk charged me extra 67 USD for hours stay more.

I like everything about the property.I didn't like that there were no hot water.

The room was big and spacious. The gentleman doing the check in was friendly and very helpful. I definitely recommend.

The hotel is really simple. The TV's remote control wasn't working and there is not elevator. The employees didn't help w/ the luggage and in the announcement the website were offering breakfast and when I arrived there I was informed that because of the COVID they couldn't do it.

Really simple and not cheap

I like the place i would introduce it to anyone,but one thing bothers me most,the place was very dusty, the fan stuff me up windows dusty.otherwise the view was good. i would visit again i like there.
