Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. Please note that the unit is accessed via a flight of stairs. Please note that late check-in from 20:30 until 23:00 costs EUR 30. After this time, a surcharge of EUR 50 applies. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 35 per stay applies.
