186 reviewsSpent a week (9/28 - 10/4) at Hotel Residence Zust with my family of 20 for my son's wedding in Lago Maggore. As you can imagine booking 6 rooms for 6 different families ( ages 3 months - 86 years old) can be a challenge but Hotel Zust had lots of room options to meet all of our needs at a very reasonable cost The lobby, sitting area and grounds around the hotel are well maintained. Stella and the staff happily answered lots of our questions while making (and changing) reservations and also while we were there with tidbits of information on where to go and how to get there. They were always pleasant and accommodating. I stayed in the Trilocale Superior room (just renovated in the Spring of '23) and it was clean and spacious, with a kitchen that was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc, and a bed that was extremely comfortable. The view from the balcony where we enjoyed our breakfast was breathtaking. My son and his bride joined us for 2 nights after the wedding and they were treated like royalty. Again, it was great to find a place that physically met our needs but what was more important was how welcoming, pleasant and kind the staff was to us and with the other guests. Would recommend Hotel Residence Zust to anyone staying in Lago Maggore.
