What was good

Staff were great. Really helpful. The waiter at breakfast was just so friendly. Could not do enough for you. Pool and it’s view of the bay of Naples were incredible. I know other reviews have mentioned the fact that the hotel is used by coach tours. We did not experience anything negative about this. Meant there were new people to meet and chat to. Plus you end up having the pool to yourself most days. The walk down to Sorrento (and cut throughs) are fine if you are moderately fit. Takes about 25/30 mins and has some stunning views. Wouldn’t want to walk back up.

What was bad

Not negative to say really. Perhaps and additional shuttle bus run in the late afternoon/early evening.
