Booked through Tourist Italy . Package tour. Lovely place. Cannot fault . Clean tidy efficient . Very central and a short step from metro. Handy supermarket across street. Very quiet.  Roomy. Nice bath and shower. Bright.  Make sure that you email for access codes 72 hours before.

Transportation close to everything,restaurants near by ,quiet,clean and decent

We travelled with a large group of twelve people for a family/friend reunion. I was quite pleased with my choice to book 5 rooms at Cinque Sogni. We stayed for 4 days, and this place is perfect for a large group gathering. We were able to enjoy Rome very conveniently by using the metro every day. Bologna station is only 100 meter away and Conad supermarket is across the street. Also there was so many options for restaurants in the area. It is a perfect spot for family/friend gathering.
It was vey easy to communicate with the host since there was no reception on-site. All communication was through WA and email. The host was very helpful during our stay, and it makes our trip very enjoyable - especially for the designated tour leader of the group.
The unit is on the first floor (we call it 2nd floor in North America) and has 5 large bedrooms and private bath. There is an elevator to move our large luggage (for the cruise). Common area is also quite large with kitchen, sink, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. Unlike AirBnB in North America, Cinque Sogni provides daily housekeeping and it was quite a nice surprise for all of us.   
I cannot say enough how good Cinque Sogni was for my group. Thank you Andrea for allowing us to have a great time in Rome!

Much Better Stay in Rome than in a Hotel

We booked multiple rooms for family and friends. Everyone enjoyed their stay at Cinque Sogni. Location is excellent and rooms were quite comfortable and clean. Common area and kitchen were very good for our group to get together and enjoy coffee from the provided Lavazza machine. It was better than a hotel stay because we can enjoy each other's company in relative privacy in the common room and kitchen. AC was needed for a few hot days and it works flawlessly. The only drawback the rooms do not have safety box, however we feel safe to leave our belongings in the room.

Excellent Stay for Group/Family in Central Rome

Property was like a big apartment and your room is private with a private bathroom and shower. There are about 3 other rooms in this same apartment. Shared common area in the kitchen. We never came across other people so it felt like your own space. Really clean and spacious once inside the room. Would stay here again if you don’t mind traveling a little outside of central city in Rome. Wasn’t a fan of breakfast as it was packaged bread and biscuits but there are local coffee shops nearby with fresh bakery. Check in and check out was super easy and the girls responded very quickly to any questions I had.

If you want easy access to the metro and everything else Rome this is the place!  It also happens to be clean and has excellent air conditioning in the rooms.  The breakfast offerings is a good snack to start the day.  Rooms and bathrooms are all at the level of quality you would typically pay much more for, I was impressed.  Cleaner and nicer than well know hotel chains.  Within view of the little green park that sits above the metro station it is convenient.  For Americans it looks like a sketchy place, but all Italy seems to have bars over window and doors etc., it was safe enough even coming back very late.  The building and room itself is very secure.  The owner is friendly and very helpful, though you may only see her staff, she is always very quick to respond to phone or email.

Nice location not in City Center but a lovely neighborhood Bologna 2 metro stops away, very large room, they let us check in early, called us a cab to leave recommended a great restaurant . Comfy bed and immaculate room.

The overall combination of price, location, cleanliness and comfort are all great here.  We really enjoyed our stay.  Bank, good grocery store, and great pastry shop are right across the street.  The place is new and nice.  We had a great stay and will be back.

Can't beat this place in Rome!

I stayed from 18-21 august, I would say this place is really comfortable. Since i was travelling with big luggage so i prefer the reachable place from public transport station.Cinque Sogni is located near metro station and they have elevator inside the building. Moreover, the room + facilities + service are wonderful for me!The cleaning lady / staff is coming everyday and she clean our room everyday incredibly, even tought my room was such in mess situation.I do also got variant of breakfast likes bread, jams, cookies, cereals and beveragesI highly recommend this place to stay!

Would stay here againIt’s close to the train station but on a quiet streetThe room was spacious and always kept cleanIt was nice to have your own bathroomThere were good choices for the breakfast they provided and you were able to bring your own groceries as they had a full kitchen in the common area.Paola was welcoming!Wi-fi in the room didn’t work as well as in the common area but I think that can be attributed to the thick walls because I didn’t even hear my neighbors at all. It was nice and quiet you wouldn’t even know if there were other guests unless you bumped into them in the common area. Staying there again in my future visits—I think the train will take me there directly from the airport!! Molto bene Cinque Sogni!!
