Offered an upgrade to a suite as staying for 5 days. Cannot provide higher praise to EVERY staff member in this hotel. Friendly, caring and genuinely interested in your experience staying with them. I totally recommend this place - close to buses and trams and a short walk to the parks surrounding Villa Borghese and very good restaurants. Do not expect brand new fixtures and fittings - you will get clean, working and well sized accommodation. Do not hesitate to recommend and would go again if in Rome.
