What was good

Location is great. Very clean

What was bad

Noise/drilling on the 6th floor in the morning, meaning you could not sleep or have a conversation. In the first morning it was from 9am. Was told they would resolve it. Next morning, noise started from 7:30am. Told that since it was after 9am, they cannot do anything about it. They said they would look into it. I said can they email me to let me know how it goes. They said they cant, I said they have my email already from the booking. They gave me their email address to email, which I did. They responded an hour later saying: We are very sorry about the inconvenience. Unfortunately the floor of the building from which the noise was originated it's not part of the Hotel. We tried to investigate the source of the noise but we weren't able to understand were it comes from. We also tried to get in touch with you this morning, and we would have offered you to change room, but you weren't in your room and unfortunately now it is no longer possible to make a change. I was not in the room, as they said they would let me know by email. The next morning, noise started again before 9am. I changed hotel.
