A very nice youth hostel run by hostel father Antonio with a lot of heart. The hostel is absolutely top-notch. 5 minutes from the lake and in the middle of the old town. The setting is like a postcard. The lake is surrounded by mountains in the middle of a magical old town. The hostel is greatly run. Nice rooms, good orchard floor and all picobello. In the evening often food is offered for groups. The food tastes very fine. In the youth hostel there is a very pleasant and family atmosphere. Antonio, the hostel father, the hostel is the hostel like a rich father and with a very rich heart. I'm happy to come again. Many dishes from Gruena Milena are served.

Beautiful youth hostels in the heart of the magical old town of Riva del Garda

Hotel located in the center of Riva del Garda. Very clean, in the rooms the essential but enough for staying a few nights. Antonio, the manager, is a very available and friendly person. Possibility of interior parking very convenient as the location of the structure is very central. Beaches reachable in a few minutes on foot through a nice walk along the lake.

That's great!

For those like me who decide to walk around the lake, this is one of the best accommodation options during the Garda stop. The hostel is very spacious, but the showers are clean. I shared a room of four with three other foreign boys: a great opportunity to learn English.

I was with my son in 2017. Facility in a central location in Riva with the possibility of being reached also by car and internal parking. The responsible people are welcoming, organized and always available for local information. Clean structure and with respectful guests. This year - 30 June 2018 - they welcomed us for a luggage storage service.

Order, respect, welcome

The place is very convenient, in the center and not too far from a large car park where to park. The rooms are spacious and maybe a little laid-back, but being a hostel you can't expect much. Follow the breakfast.

Good location.

It's a youth hostel with very friendly and very helpful staff. The rooms are like a youth hostel to share with several people. The rooms and sanitation facilities are clean! The prices are absolutely ok. The breakfast is also very good.

Accommodation

Furniture extremely essential, furnishing objects mainly for outdoor use of poor quality and pool cabinets, for other reasons dirty. Castles made of wrinkled and rusted iron, very uncomfortable. Linen stained, despite washing, scraping and ripping. The blanket was not present in the interior. Despite the regular cleaning, we always found the sanitarians dirty and for this reason we would like to suggest greater attention to the hygiene services being one by plan.

Essential?

This is a great hostel that caters for both youths and adults and also, groups or couples. It is clean and reasonably priced for both accommodation and feeding. Accommodation though is made up of 2 or 4 single bunks in each room and is ideal for those particularly on activities during the day in and around the Garda. Speaking of activities, the hostel is situated right in the middle of Riva Del Garda town and if you are planning on climbing up the various mountains either by MTB or road bike, go for hike, sailing, or just nip for a swim into the lake, its ideally situated. Shopping precinct is right at your door step and for a spot of lunch or dinner, there are plenty of pizzerias, coffee shops and restaurants all around this hostel. It also features a secure carpark for both cars and bikes. you are hosted by Antonio and his team who are very helpful and very friendly. It really is home from home. Stayed here twice and will always come back here. Cannot recommend it enough.

Great Place to stay

Riva del Garda is not a big city, and in a day or two you can get to know the whole city. So maybe a hostel like this is enough. They offer simple breakfast (croissant, cheeses, hams, coffee, chocolate, milk and nutella S2) the bathrooms are shared, the beds are reasonable, but, they have no air conditioning or ventilator. If you decide to go in the summer period (as I did), you can suffer a little. But, the suffering is alleviated by opening the window, since during the night the temperature drops. It has a good location, quite central.

Simple option and downtown.

Located at the center of the city, close to river, has brilliant views of the mountain, clean and friendly staff. I found this to be the Ideal hostel for active holidays. Affordable too. in a place where there were not many hostels, I found this to be the best place to stay to explore trento region.
