What was good

The hotel was good, clean and tidy and staff there are very friendly, hospitable and helpful.

What was bad

The hotel offered free WiFi which was very difficult to access. In fact, I had to use my mobile data during the entire duration of my stay. Though the hotel inside was nice there was a high level of noise visible every night. With some sort of machinery been ran up and down the road. People are most on the streets, outside the hotel and there was constant traffic noise which often prevented me and my family from sleeping at night which was such a shame. The hotel B&M is located on the third floor and there is only one very small lift to use. Me and family got stuck in the lift and had to ask for a neighbour by shouting to help get us out. The hotel is not appropriate for anyone that has any wheelchair access. Should you not wish to use the lift then you had to walk the 3 flights of stairs. Which often became tiring fitting my duration. Finally me and my family arrived outside the hotel at night as our flight had arrived late and there was no member of staff to immediately check in to the hotel. We were left staying outside the main entrance in the cold on December 2019. If it had not been for a friendly Italian passer by then we would not have got into the hotel. She contacted the hotel and got someone to come over.
