Daniela was amazing. The wine tasting is a must-do. Don’t miss the olive oil. The best I have had and took a lot of it home. The view is amazing. Everything you need is in this villa. Don’t miss the restaurant within walking distance called Verde Quiete. 

Gorgeous Summer in Montaldo

We were traveling to Marche region several years ago with family and stayed at the AGRITURISMO,  that was how we fell in love with this farmhouse, Pio the owner personally came early in the morning bringing us fresh bread, pastries, milk and juice. He later fought some wine to show us a little bit about each types, of wine, aroma and flavor. It really made our experiences unique, welcoming and enjoyable. We quickly became good friends. From then on,, each time we visited Marche. This is the one place we stay, quality and service have always been perfect, we love this farmhouse and will highly recommend 

The BEST FARMHOUSE 

We bumped into this AGRITURISMO because our initial reservation with a diff one cancelled on us, it was such a blessing because we met Pio Carlini and his lovely family, which we became good friends. He showed us the different types of grapes, their harvest time and even brought different bottles of their wine for tasting! Each morning he will leave us with a large basket of their local pastries, and fruits. They even invited us to their home for lunch where we tried the local favorites of Ascolanas!! His wife Anna Maria spoke great English and Pio even took time off to bring us to visit some towns nearby for wine tasting. I definitely recommend this wonderful AGRITURISMO for any visitors who wants to experience first hand what Italian hospitality is all about

The Absolute best Hospitality!!

It is difficult to find the right words to describe Terre Vineate. This place is truly amazing. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean and very well equipped. The farm is idyllic and very well taken care of by the owners. The views of the vineyards is amazing. The owners, Anna Maria and Pio, are the most kind and hospitable hosts you can imagine. We will definitely go back there.

The best agriturismo ever :)

We stayed at Terre Vineate for 2 nights during May 2015.  We were visiting Montalto during a vacation to Italy, as my Mom's father had been born in that town and immigrated to the U.S. at the age of 5 with his parents.  We were hoping to learn a little more about my grandfather's roots.  Anna Maria at Terre Vineate was wonderful and offered to assist us in our search.  We can't thank her enough for her assistance and her wonderful hospitality.  The accommodations were great for the 3 of us and Anna Maria was so kind and hospitable during our stay.  She was a wonderful tour guide to help us find family information and learn information about our family's roots. She went above and beyond what we would  have ever expected to help us and we can't thank  her enough.  Additionally, the agriturismo was just perfect for us - everything about the accommodation was great!

Outstanding Accomodations

After 15 years of travel experience in Italy we have our expectations, but to make it short – Terre Vineate overfullfilled our high expectations. 

Generally the region – Le Marche and the especially area of Ascoli Piceno, is a place for real Italy fans. Different from more touristic areas, like Toscana, the region is not overvelmed with attractions, but its great to share an authentic view together with the nice people who are living in Le Marche.
And Terre Vineate is a perfect example. The environment is great. We have seen several appartments and all of them are well sized, nice furnished and very complete equipped. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Also the pool is in a very good shape and was maintained permanently during our stay. Different from other places, Terre Vineate is located beside a local road, but due to low traffic, the noise was not relevant. On the other hand this brings the advantage that Terre Vineate can be reached on asphalt instead of using daily endless dirt tracks, like it is necessary to reach other agriturismi.

We used this location also as starting point for many trips in the area and visits at the seaside. The beaches on the adriatic coast with all their infrastructure and nightlife can be reached easly within 30 minutes. 

But anyhow, what makes Terre Vineate so special is the owner family; Pio, Anna Maria and their daughters. Typical for the friendly people in Le Marche, they were not only focused to prepare us a nice environment, they also took care about us and organized several events and trips during our stay – so many nice things to remember. We found new friends in Le Marche!
