70 reviewsI spent five nights here while on a course nearby. The hospitality was excellent and the rooms lovely, spotlessly clean and welcoming. Ths building was in a state of slight disarray as not all reburbishment work has been completed. Breakfast was OK, though not anything to write home about. The problem is the location. It is definitely not a rural area but situated on a busy road with literally nowhere to go. There are no restaurants in the vicinity excpect for a local superstore (excellent food) and nowhere to go on foot as large streches of road (eg to Milazzo) have no sidewalks. So you definitely need a car. If I had been a tourist on holiday I might have been a little disappointed, but all in all I had a good stay. Price excellent value for money.
