249 reviewsAbsolutely amazing budget hotel. Will defo be back. Exceptional service and very clean. We arrived 4 hours earlier than check in which is stated on website. We were told to come back in 20/30 mins and the room will be ready. Expecting not a lot we were amazed with how exceptional the room was and how friendly the staff were. The hotel itself is nestled on one of the top floors of the building giving an almost New York hidey hole feel. The hotel itself is very authentic Italian and the cute little lift that takes u up was just a dream. The reception staff were just the kindest and friendlies bunch I’ve ever met. This hotel is not only an breathe of fresh air the hotel itself is in a great area. Can’t recommend this enough for travelling, little shops round the corner and a very frequent tram stop right outside the hotel that takes u right along to the duomo is exceptional. Will defo stay again 5/5. Thank you.
