Chiara at front desk was a delight, offering advice on Cinque Terre villages and walks. We found this hotel a good base, as it was less crowded than the Cinque towns themselves. Train was easy to Vernazza and Montersso. Free parking available out front. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was out of this world wonderful, one of the best we had in Italy this trip. Big shout-out to the espresso coffee maker in the breakfast room - one of the hardest working machines ever, and delicious - every coffee made to order, many options. We wish we had an extra day or two to explore the town a bit more because we really enjoyed the hotel and the town!
