B&B Maya & Leo

We found this B&B on the Italian B&B site and gave Mrs Gabriella a call and she sounded very friendly when I first spoke to her. When we came the in the evening (later than we wanted because of traffic) she helped us park outside and even called a pizza delivery service so we could have some dinner at this late hour. The Pizza by the way was delicious. The room was very clean and quiet and we slept very good there. She baked us a cake for breakfast and even made us scrambled eggs in the morning. It was like visiting a dear aunt staying with her. She also gave us great tips for dinner and sightseeing and a map of Genova. From her balcony in the kitchen where we had breakfast we could see over Genova and to the old harbor. We had our bicycles with us and took great routes from there down town, also the elevator up on the way back from the city. All very close by but yet quiet. We felt really welcome there the 3 nights we stayed and her two lovely cats were also very friendly. We look forward to visit again one day.
