On our last night in Italy after a 3 week trip, we stayed in Fiumicino because we had an early morning flight out of Rome. We knew nothing of the area so we asked some local fishermen for a recommendation and they suggested the restaurant attached to the La Torre del Moro hotel. It was off the beaten path-the menu had no English translations and the waiter spoke no English. However, we were taken very well care of and ate and ate and ate whatever he brought out for us and it was divine! Super fresh seafood cooked in a variety of ways. We were in heaven! Wine, dinner, dessert, dessert wine, and coffee for the 2 of us came to a total of 40 Euros. Including tip! I loved eating among all the locals - didn't hear a word of English there! Highly highly recommend!!
