We were in the downstairs room right next to the car park, so nice and easy to move in. Room and breakfast were great and Anne was very nice.The bed is quite firm but not to firm for me. There is plenty of room for luggage. There are traffic lights outside to front to help find the property.

Quaint interior, we had the downstairs room with separate bathroom and own entrance. The rooms were large and well equipped with the usual electrical equipment, tea and coffee etc. The breakfasts were ample, well cooked and plenty to choose from with tea and coffee top ups and extra toast if required. Anne the proprietor is friendly, helpful and goes the extra mile to make your stay a good one. Ideal location for Waterford and the roads out of the area.

Stayed here for two nights in July. I needed a place to stay for work and you honestly couldn't find a nicer place to stay. The rooms were perfect, the breakfast was delicious and the owner was lovely. 10/10.

When my friend and I arrived we were given a very warm welcome from the owner Anne Doherty.  The rooms were spotless with everything that you needed in them. The Irish breakfast was to die for and there was plenty of other choices for breakfast if you didn't want a cooked one. Anne made you feel that welcome it was like being in your own house. This was my very first visit to Ireland and my friend and I are going back in June to stay at the Adel B&B xx

Another Ann greeted us warmly. The room was rather small, but that was our own fault. Error in booking had us booked in to a single room, but a phone call revealed all doubles were fully booked. We had 2 single beds, and a tiny bathroom. The stay was really pleasant and as usual the breakfast was excellent. It was not far to town by car or bus.
