Stayed at Foley's Townhouse for the first, but definitely not the last time last month on post christmas night away. What a fabulous spot. Right in the heart of Killarney's main street. Well situated for all of the bars, restaurants and shopping. Comfortable clean rooms, lovely staff and best of all a great breakfast servedup the next morning. The continental was buffet style, everything else was order and served up freshly. Great breakfast, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. They have a great little car park tucked away at the back of the property as well.

Lovely stay

Staff were incredibly friendly, chatty & helpful. We had a triple room, it was comfortable and spacious, large bathroom also. 
Breakfast was delicious. Location was perfect for ease of access to the town, everything was within walking distance. 
Would definitely recommend!

Lovely spot!

Foley’s Townhouse was the perfect location – easy parking, centre of town, comfortable rooms, very comfortable Respa mattresses, great powerful hot shower (which was badly needed as we were all soaked from hiking Carrauntoohil!) Breakfast in the morning was fresh, good portions and very tasty. The staff were all so welcoming from booking to leaving. Everybody who served us, spoke to us, welcomed us, were all friendly and natural.
 
I have recommended already and I will keep on recommending. Great place to stay. Thank you all!

Central, comfortable, spot on!

What's is there not to love about this hotel. Spend my life stopping in hotels for business throughout the UK so consider myself a well experienced traveller. This has to one of the best hotels I've ever visited. It is beautifully and sympathetically furnished and decorated. Staff are superb and very friendly. Food is excellent. Plenty of secure parking and the hotel is well positioned, being right in the Main Street where all the towns attractions are in easy reach. We stopped here for 2 nights whilst travelling to various towns around Ireland and our experience at Foleys was right out of the top drawer. I cannot recall a single aspect to fault about this hotel and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Superb Hotel

Foley's is a wonderful, friendly, comfortable, and perfectly-located place to enjoy Killarney.

Three of us stayed two nights in two rooms in late June. We found the staff welcoming, the beds extremely comfortable, and the breakfast nice and quickly served. It's right on the main street, great for walking around, and a 10-minute walk from the train station where we arrived and departed. The rooms are nicely decorated.

One of our rooms did face the street, and when its windows were open, could hear some music and people at night, but was fine with the window closed. The other faced a small, quiet side street.

Wonderful stay!

I stayed at Foley's for 3 nights on my solo trip and it was grand!
I had a beautiful single room with street view, the position is just perfect to reach everything in Killarney, plus it's very close to the entrance of the National Park and Tourist information point. The room has everything you need, a boiler, a TV, perfect en-suite bathroom and it was very comfortable to be there, I felt like at home. At the reception they are very nice and friendly and the staff in charge of the breakfast is also very nice, they always have a smile for every guest.
I will definitely come back to Killarney and I would 100% recommend this Hotel. :)

Just perfect!

We had visited Killarney about three years ago and returned again this year since we enjoyed Killarney so much. Three years ago we stayed out of town and noticed Foley’s Townhouse as being in the perfect location to walk about the town and enjoy all it has to offer. Upon reviewing TripAdvisor we noted the good reviews and were lucky enough to get a room for our two days. Foley’s is like a trip to the past. Very well kept and elegant, and thankfully not modern. A trip into classic Irish hospitality. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable. Besides their perfect location, they have private (gated) car park in the rear, a wonderful breakfast and a restaurant and bar area available. We very much enjoyed our stay and plan on a return trip as soon as we can. We highly recommend Foley’s.

Wonderful Two-Night Stay

Excellent location in town centre with it's own private car park which can loads of space. 
I booked a single room which was small but fine and very good shower .lady at reception for very friendly and breakfast was superb .

Entering this property was like going back in time with elegant Irish traditional culture on show.  I received a gracious homely welcome from the wonderful Tina on reception who gave advice where to go and see in the area. The staff service and food here was excellent. Quaint comfortable bedroom and very clean. Well done to all involved in this family owned town house. Will be back here soon to Foley's to stay longer. I am in my senior years and have stayed in many hotels in USA and Europe, this property is amongst the best stayed in.

The wondrous 'Foley's Town House'

We were in Killarney for 3 nights staying at the Great Southern Hotel. We made reservations at Foleys for 12 guests. It was the best meal we had in Ireland over our 7 night trip. Our waitress and bartender did a great job in making our night perfect. Thank you
