Had dinner here on Saturday night – the menu's got everything, from a la carte to set options. Started with Caesar salad, and the chickpea curry for the main was just amazing! They nail those classic dishes. 

The servers were awesome, super friendly and attentive. The place has this classic vibe, all traditional but really clean and well-kept. We had a blast – they sure know how to do hospitality right!

Hospitality done right!

We are just back from a 2 night stay at this hotel. From the minute we arrived till the minute we left....it was flawless!! The staff were so helpful and paid so much attention to detail without being constantly in your face, Bruno, Ollie, Andrew & Agnieska (Agnes) in the bar and for bar food.  Caroline & Kitty at breakfast, John, Ciaran & 2 x Bernie's. Finally last but no means least the consistency of top quality food from the kitchen...PJ, Gearoid & Martin take a bow! Unbelievably top quality, tasty and always pipping hot...down to the toast for breakfast.  
Worth every cent and more to stay here, eat here and if you stay once you'll return time and time again. Best hotel we've stayed in by a country mile ...ever! Safe to say we will see ye real soon again...continued success to ye all.

Inexplicably excellent 👌 

Really great hotel in the middle of Galway, but just outside the Latin quarter so no late night revealers waking you up. Can walk to main shopping area from hotel. Parking is limited and very tight. Definitely rent a small car to make easy on yourself

Great stay!

An old-school, labyrinthian hotel near Eyre Square in Galway. Service is great, and you can't beat the location. Our stay was very comfortable, and the staff have been helpful in trying to return my wife's airpods (which we left in a nightstand).

Charming, Good

Fantastic, warm & welcoming hotel in the centre of Galway.  Beautiful family suite that accommodated our family of five. Couldn’t fault anything. Porters and hotel staff so friendly and nice. Car parking is amazing and their breakfast is the best I have had in a long time. Custom made (not a big buffet) and delicious.

Fabulous hospitality - great hotel.

Excellence at its very best. Greetings in car park, at reception and general staff just busy getting on with their day was second to none. The warmest welcome awaits you at The Park House Hotel. One staff member more pleasant and professional than the next.
Since covid hit our shores, we holiday at home, visiting The Park House probably 4 - 5 times a year, we have yet to find a problem. Food is delicious both dinner and breakfast.
Congratulations to you all on getting Irish hospitality 100% right all of the time.
Hopefully see you before Santa arrives.


EXCELLENCE AT ITS BEST.

Location & restaurant were great! Overall decor of the hotel, including rooms & lobby needs a bit of an update. Our triple room was quite spacious, but bed linens were a bit on the skimpy side. Also, front desk was not very friendly & warm. Little overpriced.

Great location & restaurant! Overall hotel & room was just okay.

Firstly, the service at this hotel was excellent.  As an American used to chain hotels, the level of friendliness and interest in our comfort was appreciated.  Are some of the furnishings a bit dated?  Yes.  Would I call it eclectic?  Yes, but in a positive way.   

Our room was quiet and a good size.  It had a large and clean bathroom, and very comfortable bed.  

The location of the hotel is excellent, and provides a great starting point to walk through most of Galway.  

While we stayed at the hotel it was consistently busy with both guests, and people dining at the restaurant.  It seemed to be a very popular spot for local people, as well as tourists.

Would I stay here again?  Absolutely, we had a fantastic experience.

A nice hotel in the center of Galway .
The rooms are confortable and the beds too .
Maybe it needs some renovation but in general it's more than acceptable in my opinion .
Staff of front desk is nice and very helpfull .
