The breakfasts were good

What was bad

We booked a room with two single twin beds, however when we arrived, after 10pm, there was a double bed. After some difficultly we separated the mattresses but we only had a double duvet and one bottom sheet. We went to reception to address this issue, when we got back to our room we had two single duvets on top of the beds (not made up) and only the one double bottom sheet. The double duvet was on the floor. Very disappointing that we did not receive what we booked and then even upon addressing this issue with staff there was a very half-hearted solution and my friend had to sleep with no bottom sheet on the bed. Also the bed sheets, particularly the pillows, were visibly unclean.
