Julie was a great welcoming host. The B & B is in an idyllic location overlooking the inlet and easy to find. We had the option of having breakfast outside or inside, both overlooking the glorious view. Julie was knowledgeable about the local area.

The room was a good size with a good sized bathroom.
Television had international channels available via satellite.
A good choice at breakfast, made when we came to the table.
Good recommendation of a restaurant in Union Hall - people seemed to come from a distance to it.
Very hospitable host.
We discovered Reen after leaving, a beautiful bay a short drive away.

We would be very happy to stay at this B & B again and would base a holiday on staying here.

This is a wonderful B&B in West Cork. Beautiful location; clean and well appointed rooms; amazing cooked to order breakfast; and very kind host.

The host is wonderfully attentive and friendly, but also you feel as much privacy and quiet as you like. Union Hall is small and charming, and there are wonderful villages, beaches and forest walks with a few minutes drive. I highly recommend Seascape when in West Cork.

This truly is a hidden gem. The warmest of welcomes, the most picturesque setting, and stunning choice of delicious breakfasts. Each of the 4 en suite rooms are meticulously appointed.  24 years worth of visits, and we never tire of visiting. We happened upon Seascape in  2001, and have visited every year since (apart from the Covid interference!) most years more than once. If this doesn't give you a flavour of how wonderful Seascape is, I don't know what will. Set in the beautiful fishing village of Union Hall, it is so worth a visit. It's the type of place you tell all your friends about, and you rave about how fantastic it is, the peaceful charm etc. Julie is the most attentive host, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfasts are all cooked to order, and served with her delicious home baked soda bread. I really can't speak highly enough. Here's to the next 24 years of visits

A lovely, modern, homely and exceptionally clean B&B in a unique and untouched part of West Cork.  Julie is an excellent host who makes the time to chat to all of her guests and make them feel welcomed.  A delicious breakfast with higher standards and attention to detail than some breakfasts we have experienced in 4/5 star hotels.  Highly recommend and hope to visit again.

Seascape is a stunning place to stay. Beautiful views, gorgeous B&B, modern/luxury rooms, comfortable beds, absolutely spotless throughout, amazing service and delicious breakfast. The place is a no brainer in west cork!! 

A lovely well kept b&b. Rooms are small but clean and modern. Julie the host is so friendly. The stand out is the breakfast with amazing choices, the food just keeps coming! No toiletries in the rooms which would have been handy and you can hear a lot through the walls from other people staying there but otherwise perfect stay. 

We felt so warmly welcomed at Seascape, from the moment we arrived.  As Julie came down the steps to greet us, we immediately felt like old friends.

Our en-suite room was spacious, light, bright and tastefully decorated, with a fabulous view over the inner harbour.  The bed was really comfortable too.  It was so easy to idle away time, just taking time to watch the changing colours of the sea and sky, and the wildlife - either from the bedroom window or from the patio in front of Seascape.  It is a beautiful setting.  (Note: There are several steps up to the front entrance, and stairs to the rooms, so probably not quite so suitable for those with mobility issues).

Julie's breakfasts are so amazing - with such an impressive range of options - all cooked to order.  She also makes her own soda bread - delicious.  The whole atmosphere is just so friendly - lovely to meet new guests in the breakfast room, and to share stories.  One couple have been returning to Seascape for years, as they love it so much.  We may well do the same.  It definitely feels like a 'home from home'.

We were really sad to leave Seascape and Union Hall after a few days there, and we are already contemplating a return trip next year.  Thank you Julie.

I have just returned from spending a night at seascape bed and breakfast in Union Hall Cork.My husband and myself were met on arrival by the most wonderful Julie. We received a wonderful welcome and even though she is a very busy lady she gave us loads of time explaining local attractions etc. Her house is just glittering with an exceptional view of the harbour.Her bed was so comfortable. Breakfast the following morning was out of this world. We are a well travelled couple and I can honestly say Julies breakfast was the best we have eaten in a long long time. Thank you Julie for a wonderful experience. We will be back shortly to stay longer .This house deserves a 5 star plus. RITA AND MICHAEL.



warm welcome. excellent perfectly cooked breakfast, tea and coffee served with a smile at a beautiful location. the tables overlook the union hall waters. 
check out the pancakes with fruit and syrup. : ) and the 'full irish'. 
the staff graciously accommodated our touring veterans football team:  thirteen hungry men. felt like the staff went our of their way to make sure we were comfortable and our appetites filled. 

Seascape is an absolutely darling B&B and Julie is an excellent and kind host. My adult daughter and I arrived when there was filming of a Netflix series in progress in the tiny town of Union Hall and Julie was right there to make sure we were able to park at the B&B and made arrangements for us to have dinner that night at the pub even though the place was teeming with movie people. Such fun! Julie’s breakfasts were wonderful; she is an excellent cook! Spacious, clean room with comfortable beds and the whole place is so charmingly decorated. What more could you ask for? We’ll be back!
