We loved to stay with Akbar's family for a few days! He picked us up from Bangsal harbour, organized transport to Kuta and our scooter rental. The family gives many advices what to visit, where to go and how to organize the rest of your trip on Lombok. We always had breakfast with the other guests, surrounded and perfectly served by Akbar's parents. But the rooms are very simple, not many facilities in there: e.g. there is no sink in the bathroom and we only had a fan. But it's totally fine for a few nights!
