3260 reviewsI and my wife just got married last May 1st and it’s a good experience and wonderful gift for us to stay in this hotel. We’ve just booked a regular/standard room for 3 days, but by surprise, we’ve been upgraded to a much better accommodation. I believed that the hotel already offers everything you need, from the quality service of the staff (special mention to Wisna, Ratna & Tana for being accommodating to our special requests, Evi & Odi for making our room clean and tidy) up to the real Balinese ambiance & experience. Although we love to give them a perfect score, it would be better if we would rate them 4.98/5.00 for them to continue improving/exceeding their services. Looking forward for our next visit in the future.
